It is a bad scene for older patients in the ER.

My mother dislocated her hip, went to the ER, and right away they decided they knew best and they changed her L-Dopa regimin, which made her incoherant and agitated, so then they strapped her into a restraining device and she nearly had a heart attack [fearing what was going on].
