Re: odour coming from sebum in nose pores, please HELP

Hi catmusicfreak: I was treated for Breast Cancer had surgury, radiation then FEC-D then Herceptin. Well since the herceptin I have really bad nasal sweat. The sweat on my head and body doesn't smell, only the outsid of the nose but its really strong and embarrasing. I just don't know how to deal with it. I shower daily, I've never had skin problems not even pimples. But this is something else, it's nasty. I have bought a bottle of peroxide to try and see if it helps. I won't let anyone near me. I even keep a baggy handy for tissues for after I wipe the sweat from my nose area. I am wondering if it's from all the chemicals during chemo. Or do I now have some sort of brain tumour or nose tumour. I am going to ask my Dr. next time its warm out and just let him smell the baggy, but I have never heard of this before. I was happy to find this site. Any ideas out there would be appreciated. I just don't get it, why the nose, not the head sweat or on the forehead, just the nose and it is nasty.
