odour coming from sebum in nose pores, please HELP

Hi,
This is kind of embarassing. I've suffered from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia for 23 years. This for me entales adrenal exhaustion, hypothyroidism, candida (leaky gut syndrome), Strep B (not the sore throat kind) and viruses. I've tried many things to get myself well but so far no luck. The last few years I've noticed a pungent odour coming from the sebum in the pores of my nose. The sebum in the build up of gunk in your pores. (below the blackheads). I have a pore cleanser gadget that I use in the shower that sucks up the blackheads/sebum. After I have done that I have smelt the gadget and is has a smell to it. Later the smell from my nose is much better as I've removed this stuff. I know I have this odour because I'm not well. I don't know if it's from toxins, bacteria (candida) or what. I don't reak but if someone was to be close to me they may smell it. In trying to get well I've used many products to get rid of toxins and bacterias to get well and although it didn't help me get well you'd think it would help with the smell. I know my adrenal and thyroid are taxed right now and so maybe I'm making increased sebum as my face can get oily but it shouldn't smell. I forgot......my mouth doesn't taste great either. It tastes like a tin can. (I've treated myself for heavy metals too even though on hair and urine tests it doesn't seem to be a problem). I don't feel my breath is fowl...it's just very stale and like a tin can.
Right now I'm taking food grade hydrogen peroxide which knocks out viruses and bacteria but doubt it'll cure this.
Could I have a dental problem as well? I don't have mercury fillings as I had them removed 10 years go or more. Because I have candida I have a sinus problem which causes me to have post nasal drip. I know some people get an odour from that. I have a hard time getting rid of the candida. I can't seem to get rid of it but I have gotten it to fairly low levels a few times and I still have these problems. I just wonder if I'm terribly toxic. But it's just funny I've tried many natural supplements to heal myself and you'd think something would help with that. I've also tried to correct PH.
I use to have thrush 23 years ago but that has cleared so I don't have candida in my mouth. It's in my gut and my blood (systemic candida).

I'm just wondering if any of these body odour supplements would help me? What do you think or suggest?

C
