Re:

"If this is the case, then why do christians need to ask forgiveness of a god that is outside of themselves, or pray to a god outside of themselves. "

****"What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?"

Why do christians need to have jesus save them?

****The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.

Why do christians fear the wrath of a god thats inside them?

****Have you ever seen someone destroy themselves by doing evil? God is not just in them God is Omnipotent, Omniscient, Omnipresent.

"If what you state is true, then christians, in effect, are praying to themselves, and asking themselves to be forgiven for that which themselves have done. They are asking themselves to be saved by themselves."

****If you take into account that God is Omnipotent, Omniscient, Omnipresent, it is total logic. Did you every contemplate anything? How about meditate on an issue you had, with positive intentions and unity in mind? Every hear the phrase, "You can't forgive someone else until you forgive yourself."?

With prayer we speak to the Holy Spirit within and beyond ourselves.

"But you, dear friends, build yourselves up in your most holy faith and pray in the Holy Spirit."
