Re: Herpes or genital shingles

Shingles is from the HPV virus family, aka Herpes, and is caused by the reactivation of the virus that caused chickenpox which lays dormant in the body and reactivated in some individuals who are very stressed and compromised.

To make sure these are shingles and not something else, I would definitely have them swabbed and lab tested. It is very unusual to have more than 2 incidents of shingles.

All breakouts and illnesses of any kind are all related and are due to the body being overwhelmed with yeasts, viruses, bacteria, and parasties.

Have you thought about trying to reduce your exposure to viruses, yeasts and moulds and parasites and even doing a cleanse?
