my dentist prescribe me Periogard (chlorhexidine) which helps, but it ran out. now i'm just using listerine. my insurance use to give me 2 free cleaning each year. i still see tarter & plaque on my teeth which i can't brush off. i wish i can get a cleaning every month by my hygienists. after every meal i floss below gum lines, and mouthwash for 10 minutes, brush gums and tongue, and use water pick. i like to keep my mouth clean at all times.
