Re: Gingivitis, Gum disease, Periodontitis is the cause of peeling lips

My gums are perfect. No infection.
However that being said when I started using the mouthwash that I gave a link to the peeling decrease a lot.
Also my problems started after going to the dentist.
The dental assistant was doing deep flossing and I think she stirred things up.
Also I think there could be either hidden infections or it what I think it might be is that our lips are inflamed. This inflamation compromises the lip barrier such that bacteria and fungi get in and cause the peeling.
So when we keep our mouth clean less bacteria can get in the inflamed lips and less peeling occurs.
What I would like to see is cleaning the mouth cure the inflamation and the peeling then I would believe that its all due to the bacteria in our mouth.
Has the keeping your mouth clean cured everything for you?
THe inflamation and the peeling?
