Re: can I start an enema on my RIGHT side?

Hi incis,

For the last two years I have been taking my enemas lying on my right side. It avoids having to change position. The only thing I do is to massage the left side of my abdomen from the bottom, close to the rectum,  up towards the transverse colon. This pushes the liquid up into my transverse colon and I can feel the water moving very clearly. This avoids cramping due to the pressure of gravity which pushes the water towards the rectum.

By the way this is the only way that allows me to take over 2 quarts of solution. So for a series enema for deep cleansing I use this position. I have found no drawbacks.

I hope this helps you.

Propaul
