Yes, no problem. The first pint or so may go a bit slower and result in some minor cramping because you are fighting gravity, but once the water reaches the transverse colon it's all downhill from there.

You may want to raise the level of the bag by 6 inches or so, to get started, and then use the shutoff more frequently as you proceed to let in the desired amount at a comfortable flow rate.

You should get excellent results. Let us know.
