It only takes a couple minutes to log into the forum. If you are really interested in exploring all avenues and possibilities of Colloidal Gold then I would think you wouldn't mind making the effort. If you just want to pay the 6100% mark up to buy from Utopia or Purest Colloids then that's fine with me. I'm guessing however you get a steep discount from Utopia since you are bud's with the owner.

I've used the gold products from Utopia and Purest Colloids, including Holistic Park. Incredibly, I find Utopia's CG, the lowest PPM (10 ppm)of the three to have the greatest effect.

On the forum there are the exact directions and a couple of videos demonstrating both methods. Here's the jist of the method for making your own CG from the other forum.

Yes, I know that gold chloride is bad for you but the end result of both methods of CG production is Colloidal Gold , not gold chloride.
