PS, TWill, youre making me think, thanks. Actually Ive noticed some people's forearms are shorter than mine and so whereevr height the hand goes to when you bend your elbow and bring your nand up to a comfortable position near your upper chest is find. Once people understand the healing power of this position I can describe a way to achieve it whereby hou doint have to hold any poses and so its real convenient to do 24/7 My mother has done it that way for ten years and regrew bone that had resorbed away from her hip implant and left her crippled and she was able to then play golf again.
