Red rash/eye floaters/general malease prior to bowel movements. what could this be?

I have battled parasites and candida and salmonella in the last few years but have been done all the necessary things to combat these problems.

I have seen gastro dr.'s and have a ND and eye Dr. Tons of testing.

What I can't fix is my a general sick feeling/ a blotchy red rash which comes prior to bowel movements and eye floaters which also come with it and a puffy eye feeling and sometimes eye pain that passes with the bowel movement. In general it makes me semi-incapacitated until after the bowel movements pass for the day.

The rash also comes when I work out or shower (ie. when my body gets hot). It is different places each time on my arms and torso and sometimes is itchy and sometimes is not. It fades away sometimes without bowel movements.

I have suspected it to be parasites, candida, been told it is IBS, maybe liver problems - but I can't figure it out.

I also have white specks or little white things bowel movements from time to time as well.

I am at a loss at what it can be. I think I have adrenal fatigue from the problems and stresses in my life (my ND suggested other symptoms are representative of it) and I have been working on that for the past week. My gastro dr. asked if I have stress, so could these bowel movement symptoms possibly be related to adrenal problems? Or maybe my body cleansing?

It could be candida, but I do not have any of the other symptoms of candida anymore. I had a slight (lab tested) case of candida last spring but fought hard and think I got it under control.

I also suspected it was Tapeworm but have done everything and literally everything to kill Tapeworms in the last year.

I am taking MSM but get the rash even when I don't take it. Sometimes I take natural anti-fungals and Nystatin.

I have taken food allergy test and gluten test, and have found nothing and I have tried to identify if some food is causing this but I have not.

I have had stool tests as well. I am severely low in bifi bacteria (took too many antiobiotics 2 years ago for 6 month long sinus infection) but sufficient in the other categories of positive bacteria.

I am at a loss. Any help or sugestions would be much appreciated. The only thing I know for sure is it effects my eyes.

Just to give an idea of some ideas of things I have already tried - Liver Flushes (20-30+), MSM detox, bowel cleanses, candida diet, candida herbs, all parasite herbs, Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , probiotics, kefir, coffee enema, etc.

I'm thinking of trying Dr. Schulz bowel cleanse.

Just started adrenal support this week and have noticed improvement in my general feeling, but this bowel problem continues and I get energized and feel better after the elimination.
