My symptoms sound similar.

fatigue
eye floaters
eye pain
rash

I've tons of others. But none of my symptoms relieve with bowel movements that I've noticed. That's interesting.

I would look over the symptoms for adrenal fatigue and see what matches. Dehydration? Orthostatic hypotension? Poor pupil reflex?
