That's a GREAT way to think about it =) I really move my fasts around depending on my schedule. I was planning on every other day but sometimes I break a fast with a meal and decide to do another 24 hours on water. I like it, it's easy and I feel empowered an in control. I don't feel like I HAVE to eat. I think it would be a great way to keep losing when you're done (if there's any of you LEFT after 30 days since you're doing awesome!) and then to maintain afterwards
