me too I take raw milk from the nearby farm. I have an entire book on milk explaining why there are so problems with it now and that raw milk is different. I was allergic before but it seems to go ok with raw milk.

I have candidiasis too and dunno how to treat it because I'm not sure that's the cause of my symptoms. I have Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome and during the first months of illness my blood test showed normal candidas antibodies, whch means I didnt have candidas back then, now I have candidas but my symptoms haven't really changed so I find the diet really hard if it doesn't really change anything! I've been told stress promotes candidas overgrowth, like everything else really. Some people say we can eat fruits, other not, dunno what to believe. I also eat almost everything organic but I still eat 2 fruits (apples or pears) a day. I eat tiny rations of carbs like rice, oat, quinoa etc..it's really hard!
