I have Candida and I am really, really on REAL anti-candida diet. I eat only organic meat (except pork), Vegatables (except beans, mushrooms, potato, rice, carrots, beets...), no fruit at all. NOTHING artficiall (90% of food you can buy in stores...no chees, milk, salami,juices..)
In short you eat only what grows (nothing man made).
I use lemon for salad...etc
Also I recomed that you find some good Ayurveda or Chinesse dr. It is hard to deal with this alone, because dr. need to check you and determine your body type in order to give you medicine just for you.
For example, my regime:
I am on Candida diet
I am using two different pills (herbal) each every day
I am doing baking soda baths every day
I am going to my acupuncturist (dr. who practice chinese medicine) who check my condition and also doing acopuncture to balans my energy...

Also before you do all that, meditate and try to acumulate positive energy for solving your problems. Ask for direction... this will lead you to person or somebody who can help you. If you manage to have good conection with this person it is half way for you to heal.
You probably know that your body self heal, and good dr. will help your body to do just that.

Disease is not simple thing, it is many, many problems who affect everybody in different way. Good dr can go through layers and layers of simptoms and find couse for your problems.
I had urticaria 3 years ago, and now I have Alopecia.
My chinese dr. said that Candida is the reason for my problems. Alopatic medicine treat only simptoms. They were not succesful to cure me.
