I would not really change anything on your herbs and supplements until we know of what is going on.

By the way be careful with PAP tests.  Doctors frequently tell women that if the PAP comes back positive that they have HPV infection.  This is not what an abnormal PAP means.  Many things can cause an abnormal PAP including smoking, B6 deficiencies, birth control pills and other infections.

As for your symptoms I think the first thing that should really be done is an MRI to look for sings of stroke, neural lesions, inner ear issues, etc.
