The message that osho is expounding, challenges the beliefs and values of other belief systems, for example catholicism, islam etc. When one is already free of these belief systems, his message is not challenging at all, it is simply more information, but it is not new information, merely the retelling of old information.

I agree that responsibility comes with the freedom to be oneself, but I fail to see someone that needs to follow anothers path as being free to be themselves.
