Yes, it took a very long time to research all the references and put them together. But I do this because I work with alternative medicines for a living as well as lecture and teach classes on the subject. So I am not going to repeat garbage such as liver flushes get rid of gallstones just because I read it on a website or in a book somewhere. I am constantly researching how the body works, how various therapies work, what is bogus crap being repeated, etc.

And as I have shown claims can be backed with real research. But those that cannot do this simply respond with games and insults to obscure the fact that their claims lack any real evidence.
