Thanks for all the info and suggestions. I have some good Gaia Echinecea here. I'm out of OOO. I just took 4 Black-Walnut hull capsules. I live quite a bit away from town and am not feeling well enough to go and buy a neti pot.

I had a really nasty gastro virus 5 years ago. My husband came home from work and insisted I eat at least some chicken soup. Just to make it taste better he minced some fresh garlic into the soup and that's what kicked the virus for me. Like you said though, it's not helping me this time. Probably because it's a different virus or bacterial strain.
