I started my fast today i am doing Water Fast for weightloss. There has been great debate if fasting acutally fixs the issue that people have with food, and after they fasT the just regain the weight because They havent learned proper nutrition. After much research and reading people blogs they are many who have suceeded! Fasting is about control as is proper diet! you know you shouldn't eat that but you do! Plus i believe that when it shrinks your stomache it actually helps you start to listen to your body when it says it full.I have major weightloss issues and will be doing 10 day interavls until i achieve my weight loss goal. When i get to the last 20lbs i will incooperate weightloss proram insanity to tone! I will weight myself every cycle first day and last day of the cycle.
