Stick with what you're doing and forget about baking soda.

What you're doing is really good nutrition for the liver, it's not really a Liver Flush though.

I'd recommend using the Dr Sutter flush, use Epsom Salts , or use a coffee enema at the end.

parasite cleansing is a must also, if you're not doing it.
