What works better to get rid of Candida? Coconut oil or 1 tbspn of baking soda a day? Any other suggestions??

I am trying to get rid of my candida. I have been doing 2 tspn of coconut oil, lime juice and raw egg yolk daily but I wondered if baking soda would work. I have a problem with Acne as well so I figured getting my blood more alkaline might help. I'll try anything. Any suggestions?? Tweet
