Extreme Parasite Infestations: Do you think it was your lifestyle?

I was a reading a post here about how Humaworm doesn't work in 30 days...and the response was that it really depends on your levels of parasite toxicity. I'm paraphrasing this but I was wondering about something. Ever since I started coming to this site, I've been reading some extreme horror stories. Now, the current statistic is that 90% of those living have parasites. Most people would believe that it is completely unavoidable...that you can take all the herbs in the world and still won't be parasite free. I think the key is to reduce the amount that you have...if you have them. I also believe that your lifestyle--if it's not a good one--could make things worse as far as the type and amount of bugs you have inside.

For those who have such extreme parasite infection, do you think you led an unhealthy lifestyle? Did you live in questionable places, eat and drink contaminated food/water, eat rare meats/organs or completely raw meats, eat candy, eat dirt (some people do this...and I will admit when I was a kid I ate potting soil dirt--not a lot but I did do it). Did you walk barefoot? Were exposed to animals who had infestations? Have a ton of pets? Addicted to legal/illegal substances? Have fillings? Root canals? Cuts and scrapes that were exposed all the time? Was it just a problem that increased over time and you just decided now at this point to do something about it?

Anyone care to share? When I read things like worms crawling out of someone's nose or ear, it really freaks me out and makes me wonder how did it get so bad. The possibility of this happening always makes me not want to do a cleanse. But I know there is something going on...I've had some incidences. When I was a kid, I ate some bacon that was undercooked...even ate a little potting soil dirt (I know, I know). I've felt strange things...and even seen strange things. I guess it boils down to my taking herbs and seeing things..and at that point I can no longer be in denial. Now, for the most part,I lead a pretty clean lifestyle...I only eat too much candy/cookies/donuts and drink too much soda (I know this is fuel for the bugs). I eat meats...and make sure they are well done but I suppose that's no guarantee. I only drink wine on special occasions (which are like two-three times a year). I don't walk around barefoot...I'm constantly wiping things down when needed, keeping my handy sanitizer so as not to get germs when eating out, etc. I try to avoid tap water but still brush my teeth with it and sometimes wash my fruit with it. I have feelings/root canal/crown and now I find out that this causes parasites and of course mercury poisoning. However, I don't think I have an extreme case...but I did do an experiment with enzymes and posted about it...that experiment alone has me thinking it might be worse than I thought. The thing is, how do you know when/if you can lay off the parasite killing? I see people doing cleanses back to back on this site....some for years. Is it that bad? That after the first cleanse you have to do more? What if you never get rid of them? <---Which again goes back to the thoughts of one never truly being rid of them.
