Did you cut the stone open? What did it look like inside?
I have also passed walnut sized stones, and was told by folks on this forum that the were probably mucoid plaque! and that old fecal matter can sometimes form into balls from the olive oil and ingredients... i also get these between flushes, usually after eating oily/spicy food.
