The night of the flush use a tablespoon full of mag. citrate at 6 and then again at 8, in 6 ounces of water. In the morning use 1/2 tablespoon full of epson salts in 6oz. of h20....next ....take some emergenc(electrolytes) about an hour later.....then take your last dose of 1/2 tablespoon of epsons.....again about an hour later take emergenc.......That PM, take one more pack of emergenc....Effects from the epson salts should be minimal.......I think people with this problem have diminished hormonal output and/or slack kidneys that wont be resolved until they're stone-free......this version worked for me, but I am severely stoned.
