The chances of a stone getting caught in a bile duct are about the same as being struck by lightening. If you are suffering from gallbladder attacks, it's important to break the stones up before flushing so that they will pass through the bile ducts effortlessly.
I know and I hear where people are very insistant on using epsoms, but I really don't believe that they are necessary. I passed a stone the size of a whole walnut shell and two more almost that size, as well as about 200 stones the size of chickpeas in my 8th flush (total of about 300 stones that flush). I have talked to Julia Chang twice and many people all over the world use her flush recipe with no problems. Again...it's important to use something to break the stones up; chanca piedra, acv, gold coin grass, etc.....that way, they will be softened and broken up.
I believe that fsboiera from Brazil takes a tablespoon of
Epsom Salts before he does Julia Chang's version of the flush. That's probably very wise to do for people with gallbladders packed with stones who have gallbladder attacks. However, I totally disagree that the amount of
Epsom Salts that are used in Clark's flush are necessary. That's just my opinion, but it's not true that people have MORE problems without using epsoms. I've seen plenty of people get very sick when taking epsoms.
Many people do the Classic Coke flush with no problems. That uses no epsoms, either. Again....unless your gallbladder is SEVERELY atrophied...you can probably flush without epsoms with no problem at all.
Shelley, who used to have the AskShelley forum here at Curezone, doesn't use epsoms either. Many of us don't, and we don't have any problems. There just is no proof that people have more problems when flushing without epsoms. None at all. I hear people insist that you use them, but in my opinion, people say that because they just havn't tried a flush without using epsoms.
My husband and son both flush without using epsoms. My husband has done 6 or 7 flushes; last flush he got out 10 the size of good-sized cherries, plus hundreds of stones smaller than that. My 11 year old son got a stone out once when he flushed that was almost the size of my walnut shell sized one! No kidding! My son was stunned!!!
If I trust my son to do flushes without epsoms, and my husband, then you can rest assured that I am positive that it's no big deal, and totally safe.
I have found no less than 10 different flushes on the internet and at least 6 or 7 of them do not require epsoms. Epsoms are very hard on the kidneys and I know that I personally just couldn't take them anymore. Not because of the taste, but because they dehydrated me too much.
Regarding the difference between lemon water and the salt water flush, I'm not sure that they could be considered comparable at all. The
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is taken to induce a bowel movement; not sure how lemon juice would do that. Personally, my family just does more of what the Classic Coke flush requires; but we just use oil and grapefruit juice, then take the magnesium citrate upon waking.
That's just my buck fifty on the
Epsom Salt issue.
