Re: alkalizing the body

The body ph is something that should be balanced. You shouldn't try to interrupt its proper balance. Only to correct it in case it be needed. Candida is never found in the stomach itself. The stomach acid keep a hard enviroment which candida don't like. Even in people with AIDS and severe ulcers, candida is rare in the stomach. This is what medical literature afirm. If you apply a simple logic, you are going to realize candida hate very acid places and this is the reason because it doesn't invade the stomach lining, Trying to alkalinize the body is a big mistake and very risky also. The same can be said when you try to become the body ph more acid than normal. The body Ph autoregulate itself and the best thing we can do isn't influence in this. It is clear and demostrated by medical research that bacterias, viruses and fungus overgrowth when the ph rise because lack off friendly flora which produce several acid forms. To contradict studies and researchers can be a way to destroy your health even more. The last thing I could do in the war against candida is try to modify my body ph. Recovering the normal ecology is an smart way to get the right ph. Every single effort should be put in to balance or increase lactic acid production bacterias. When I discovered candida was affecting my health, I read many hours about body ph and those great articles I found gave me many reasons to avoid ph manipulation by myself.
