not quite... it is not a myth... though it is misunderstood, and misrepresented by many... as well as quite a bit of misinformation like most things anymore.
it is about the alkaline ash content of the food... the quality of said food... whatever type of food it may be... meat, dairy, fish, vegetables, fruit, herbs, spices, etc. makes no difference.
Yourself and MANY others just do not understand it...
