that's interesting. I don't think I'm low in magnesium, but I actually do have supplements that I bought a while ago for muscle relaxation because my back muscle get so tight. yeah, I don't ever get nightmares with the rapid heart beat, it's just coming out of regular, vivid dreams. I took neuropsychology last semester and we talked about sleep and I think it's because we are in a REM sleep and all of a sudden wake up and the body kinda goes into shock.
maybe that's not the real reason, but I don't know why else. it hasn't happened for a while actually, since I wrote that last post, but it used to happen all the time.
