rapid heart beat

Does anyone ever wake up with really hard pounding rapid heart beat?

I don't usually have nightmares so is not for any reason such as fright.

Usually I feel like it happens when I'm coming out of a deep sleep and dream in a light sleep for a while, and once I open my eyes my heart is pumping so hard and so fast that I can feel it through my whole body. It feels really weird, but it goes away after a few minutes.
