So you actually DID bring religion into it. Very much so and through that filter you are trying to enforce your views on others who do not filter their reality through the same religious lens.

I am quite thankful that most governments do not force the lens of religion on individual rights and freedoms, at least not yet. So much for freedom if they did. You also assume that these pre-born flesh bodies actually contain a soul or some kind of consciousness that perceives thier life. I can assure you that after studying consciousness and spirituality for many years that this is not the case and is only a belief system that comes form a select few religions, christianity being one of them.. The same religion that uses terms such as god and the devil as you also did.

Believing in a creator is also part of a belief system that believes in separation such as christianity. If what you suggest as your creator, actually cared enough, (if it existed as such an entity) it would change the way things were done. It would, perhaps, have women lay eggs just like chickens. That way, perhaps, a concerned christian, whose life ambition is to ensure bringing human beings into this world, could sit on the egg for 9 moths and hatch it into a human being, having nothing else useful to do with their lives. ;-)

Perhaps if you pray hard enough you can ask your "creator" if it would modify things in such a manner and you can get busy nesting.
