Life

What does Christainity have to do with the taken of innoccent life? I didn't bring any kind of religion into this. But you choose to pick Christianity out of all religions in the world, maybe because you were hurt when you were pregnant.

My sister had an unplanned pregnancy at age 18. She was unwed and decided to have the baby. I was closer to the baby then she was. I won't go into the details, but I ended up adopting him.

When I see a pregnant woman, married or not, I see the expanded tummy and think to myself, "life in newborns is a wonderful thing." You have had a baby, so you know how wonderful it is, as the baby grows dependent upon you. I know your heart had to be overjoyed when holding your baby for the first time, regardless of how you were treated by anyone.

I am sorry that you have been hurt by any religion. I can understand the pain, but I ask that you not let it blind you. A hardened heart can be very blind to the point of not being able to see and understand what is right in front of you.

If you see a young teen under a lot of pressure, about to jump off a bridge, wouldn't you try to stop them or would you say, "it's their decision". If you saw a 2 year old playing with a loaded gun, would you take the gun away from them or just say that it is none of your business?

I do not know what your religion is, but I am sure that it believes in a Creator. Do you really think that God approves of the taking of innocent lives that He has created?
