I heart Miss H, and I'm reposting this one from her :)

Hi guys/gals,

Besides the fact that she absolutely rocks, as is/has been doing the IP, (and is getting phenomenal results!)...her posts always, truly, completely, incredibly- Inspire me.

I did a search on 'Adrenal fatigue' on our site, to re-read and REMIND myself about what I am dealing with here, since- and I don't know if any of you are like me or not- but I tend to get so tired that I absolutely NEED repetition to really solidify new concepts in my brain and understand things properly. This was one of the first posts that came up, about her 2nd Liver Flush on the IP, about a month ago.

It's not just about the flush...it's about the emotions associated with being 'stagnant', about how our emotions and physical health cannot be separated...and about how, in getting well, we can rediscover that will, that drive, that desire- to live and dream and love life again, and to do what we we are put here on this precious earth, to do.

I love ya Miss H! And I love all of you here on this forum. You all inspire me to keep going and to keep plugging ahead, no matter what.
