I understand your question. It's just that I love tomatoes and tomato and marinara sauces so much that I might not be willing to give them up. They are a staple in my diet, and I can manage my knee pain right now even eating tomatoes. If the pain ever gets worse, that may be something different. I am going to try eliminating nightshade vegetables for now, though, to see if it makes a difference. Since my knee Arthritis is caused by a breakdown of cartilege in my knees, eliminating nightshade vegetables might not make any difference at all.
