Re: Do I have to stop nightshade foods forever?
Well I totally understand your point, but sometimes “I” need a little badness. Once in a while I have cow’s milk, a soda, etc. And I would like to, one day when my body is stronger, have tomatoes in my sandwich once in awhile when I crave them.
I can have cow’s milk or a soda once in a while when I crave them because they don’t cause me nearly instant pain for days/weeks or serious problems in small infrequent amounts as nightshades do. And I still have hopes to have my tasty nightshades on rare occasions (when I’m healthier) when I crave them. That’s just me. I’m glad you are so strong as not to ever ingest anything unhealthy, but I am not and probably will never be that way, but at least I’m hella of a lot healthier eater than most people in America eating the SAD diet. So give me a break, hehehe.
So I ask again to anybody who knows to please help me and answer my question. After I completely heal and build up my immune system will I ever be able to eat nightshades on occasion without experiencing throbbing pain?
PLEASE SOMEONE ANSWER THIS!
