I just read one of your old posts from day 10 last time you did the MC. I noticed you stopped using the cyanne pepper. you really should use it. it is requred and serves a specific purpose. If you dont like the taste of it, then try to no put it in the drink till just before you drink it. I found when I mix a half gallon in the morning, it get stronger through the day from the pepper. If you put the pepper in just as you drink it, you dont hardly taste it, since it hasnt had time to disolve in it yet.
I am curious where you are located since you meantioned gaining 11 "Kilos". Are you in europe?
