Thanks Claire. I was just thinking about you as I read your message, while drinking a big glass of salt water! Ya, kind of reminds me of a bad day swimming in the ocean (lol). Not sure it has done anything for me regarding making me have a BM or anything. Maybe I am not clear on what to expect. I thought it was supposed to flush thru your system and come out the back side, in which case at some point I would expect to start seeing clear water coming out? Not sure.

So today is day 4. So far so good. I havent decided yet how many days I will go. Im taking it a day at a time.

PS - I think I just found out the answer to my question. After you drink the SWF, if you think you may have gas, get to the bathroom. I almost had an accident.
