WOW!!! thanks for this information!!! I think this might be the answer I have been looking for. OKay so after tons and tons of not needed antibiotics for years I started having horrible diarrhea for months then it turned into vomiting for months and horrible acid reflux bad enough to send me to ER a few times, they did a scope and said It was normal except my esophagus was stretched a little and allowing acid to come up. end result they put me on tons of acid blocking drugs. fast forward a few months my symptoms started adding and the candida (which at this point I had never heard of) spread to the rest of my body but didn't have too many stomach problems anymore. I really think those antacids allowed the candida to spread!! 

Now as I'm on the candida diet 3 years later  my acid reflux is back hardcore and is so bad my voice is very horse, I keep coughing and making me have asthma. It feels as if its burning right through my throat and eating away at it. so I'm so excited to hear about HCL cause I have never heard of it. What brand do you suggest, and what strength MG tablets? This vitamin I came across has HCL in it, have you heard of it?
