help please.

I have many symptoms, they all seem related and keep getting worse, it's all connected.

1. Cystic acne
2. Fatigue
3. Low Blood Pressure
4. When I get up, I feel dizzy and see black in my eyes, pressure behind eyes and pressure in my head (pounding)
4a. Also poor blurry vision /dark circles under eyes
5. Dandruff
6. Muscles weakness
7. Stomach issues (major) - can't eat acidic foods
8. Every time I eat, my face itches,I get new Acne right away (leaky gut?)
9. UNDERWEIGHT - poor appetite, can't gain weight
10. No sexdrive= 0


HELP. Especially with acne. I checked for parasite eggs = negative.
