I would really like to help you! Please try the following:
Cut gluten or wheat(for a start), preservatives , colorants and artificial flavors from your diet. This is not easy because almost everything contain gluten. Start with cutting bread. Replace with Rye bread(low in gluten) or gluten free bread. Pasta, cake, rusks, etc. Then cut on everything that got a long shelve life -> sauce, juice, vinegar containing sulphate! Do not eat sweets with colorants or artificial flavors(all sweets contain this) Then you should get yourself tested for heavy metals. Baking powder contain aluminium. Preparing food in stainless steel is not safe as claimed! If you have any Amalgam fillings try to get rid of them (safely!) There s nothing to loose by following this advice...
