Re: Cold/ice pack bad for eyes?

The bluriness does typically go away after a while. I notice it mostly at times such as when I've been sleeping late, get up, and try to watch a basketball game (or something like that) that I have recorded on my dvr. I can't believe I didn't think of putting a warm wash cloth on my eyes.

I think I've also noticed a small increase in vision issues overall (even well after using the cold pack). I know that when I was supplementing with iodine, my eyesight actually improved. I haven't been taking Iodine for a long time, because I've been doing the Humaworm regimen (regular Humaworm parasite cleanser and then all of the other cleansers). I have die-off issues at times, so I removed some of the other supplements (such as grapefruit seed extract, oregano oil extract, etc.) and treatments I had been doing.
