Re: Is there anything that will help grow back gum tissue?

My hollistic dentist told me that any power toothbruth will inevitably cause gum recession. I'm 25 years old and have been using a sonicare for a year and an oral B triumph and 9000 series for 4 years before that and my gum recession is worse than most 35 year olds. I started oil pulling 3 days ago in hopes that it may help.

I'm not sure the sonicare did it, but I'm not ruling anything out. Tweet
