It certainly looks like you are throwing everything but the kitchen sink at your skin issue.  I hesitate to add yet another item, but in this case it is an oral supplement:  Hyaluronic Acid.  Though I got it primarily for joint support, it lists both joint and skin support as benefits and my experience is that it makes a noticeable difference in how well the skin is hydrated and the appearance of fine lines.

Speaking of taking something orally, hopefully you are also considering some of the many food and supplement items that are good for the skin and might help with healing.  Omega 3s, silica, Dr. Christopher's Complete Bone, Skin and Tissue, inositol/IP6, coconut oil. etc.
