Moisturizer advice
Hi all,
Would anyone be so kind to give me his/her opinion on a list of ingredients in a lotion(i've provided the list bellow) that I should use on a daily basis to moisturize my skin heavily.
My tissue beneath the skin has been "damaged" by topical corticosteroids (erythema, inflamed, swollen - doctors call it atrophy) and by their advice I am to moisturize the skin heavily, with glycerin containing cremes because "they help hydration of the skin which is supposed to improve the connective tissue".
Essentially, what would be nice is if you could tell me whether there are any ingredients in the list that could damage or do harm or are just bad in any sense(and why it is so). Also, for the ingredients on this list that are good I would appreciate to hear your opinion about why they are good too. And last, if anyone knows how to treat this problem i have, that would be super awesome. Many thanks in advance for all the answers!
