Hi Bill

I agree with you, i do exact the same thing.
Buy some empty nose spay bottle's fill it with cs
and spray a lot of times all over the day.
If you drink CS, mutch cs will become chlorides, and it's lost.

1 spray
2 keep it in your mouth for 10-15 minutes before bedtime
