Yeah it was a long journey but i got closer to the answer at least. Cost tons of money on diff probiotics too. My naturopath and all my doctors have it in their head that all probiotics are the same and discount the fact that every single person is different and the gut balance is so complex. the GI that administered by SIBO test was the only one hat truly seemed to understand with extensive knowledge that you can't just go cramming acidolphilus down your throat and think probiotics didn't work. there are so many different strains out there.


I never got breast fed, took broad spectrum Antibiotics as a kid 4X a year for 7 years straight. Naturally i figured my bifido species would be low.
