bifidobacteria

most people need more bifidobacteria or bifidobacteria only... for any number of reasons... including over use of colon/ Liver Flushes and enemas.

Unfortunately most products are very anemic in bifidus counts/viability... if the product includes bifidus at all.

...though a bifidobacteria retention enema can be the best way to repopulate the large intestine.
