Re: Iodine on skin versus orally?

I'm one of those people who mixes Iodine with oil, but that's only because I haven't gotten around to ordering Wombat's awesome cream yet.

Painting is a good way to start if you're skittish but it's still powerful stuff. I have been doing Iodine for 3 years and can take a dropperful of 5% in a glass of water and it's just another day.

But painting has been very powerful for me lately. I also removed a starter mole (a reddish spot) on my neck overnight. It just scraped off the next day. I'm working on skin tags now, they sort of feel sandy the next day as you rub them off.

And also have had very strong dreams from painting before bed. But the dreams are definitely improving - less Nazis and nuclear war, more George Clooney and David Duchovney.

And serious bromide and whatever else detox still, after 3 years.

But I mostly feel great. I just stopped for gas and the attendant said, You're so happy lately! Yeah, I am and a few twinges here and there and some seriously effed up urine is a small price to pay.

After all, how much plastic has gotten into my food and drink, how much fluoridated water have I drunk, how many mercury fillings have I had, how many new carpets, new car smell, new drapes and dry cleaning have I inhaled in my life?

Ain't gonna clear up in a few months.
