Re: Iodine on skin versus orally?

This is helpful, thanks wb.

I'm trying to balance feeling urgent need to do the things I need to do to get well with equally urgent need not to go overboard into detox in a way that adds too much stress! A moving target, for sure.

I did experiment with half an iodoral tablet yesterday afternoon. Did not get the scary headache I got the time I tried a couple of years a go- so that was a relief. To be proactive, I did a salt load this morning, and then found myself sleeping through a good chunk of the middle of the day. A pleasant sleep, but maybe a sign to take it slow?

I realized I have been already doing most of the companion nutrients, tho my B-complex is low on the B2 and B3.

A related question- what is the story with the Iodine in table salt ? I have this feeling that I read somewhere that it is the wrong form of iodine, but can't seem to find any info about this- so maybe I am remembering this wrong?

Take care,
